Group Email

We rely upon email for announcements outside rehearsals.  If you would like an item included, please give the information to Kim Eavenson by Wednesday for inclusion in that week's announcements - they are mass-mailed on Thursdays.

Email addresses for members are listed in the Directory, and these (or telephone) should be used for individual communication.  Section Leaders may occasionally send email to the group using these individual addresses.

If you do not have an email address, please inform your Section Leader of that fact and arrange an alternative method of contact.
